Read: Not Getting That Big Goal
On the post game show on MSG last night, John Tortorella said that the Rangers had chances to get back into the game, but they couldn’t put one past Marc-Andre Fleury.
“We just couldn’t score a big goal. We ended up with some good chances but we couldn’t finish. We couldn’t gain the momentum by scoring.”
More Marc Staal: “Fleury was good but he didn’t have to be great. We need to force goalies to be great against us.”

Fleury robbed Artem Anisimov and Ryan McDonagh hit the post when the score was tied. The power play certainly could have helped last night and the Rangers couldn’t get anything going with consistency there last night.
New York Rangers are shut out for the 3rd time this month (had been shut out 4 times all season prior to that) #straightnashhomey
