Thuresson was acquired on July 1 for Brodie Dupont.

Thurreson, 23, was a ffith round pick in 2007. He has played 25 games for Nashville the past two seasons with one goal and two assists.
He is from Sweden and is a center that is 6-1 and 212 lbs.
