According to multiple reports including Brooks himself and Helene Elliott of the LA Times, no deal has been struck
It was a little hard to believe when it was sent out but not that unforeseen. Ryan getting more than Ryan Getzlaf didn’t seem right though

According to Larry Brooks, the Anaheim Ducks and RFA Bobby Ryan have come to terms on a five year contract worth $5.4 million.
