…I always find it funny how people project sleepers or busts before the draft happens. If a player is going to be good, he should be drafted earlier, if he won’t be good, he shouldn’t be drafted. It still funny when people call others busts before they play one second.
As for this list, I would take a crack at some of the European players who can develop over there and then come over. Other than that, you hope every player the Rangers take after the first or second round is a sleeper.
