Scoreboard Watching: Bruins Lose In OT, Habs Win
The Boston Bruins picked up a point last night in an overtime loss in Toronto. The Bruins have 70 points and are in the eighth spot in the playoffs and have one game in hand on the Rangers.
The Atlanta Thrashers lost to the Nashville Predators 2-1 and are in 10th place, one point behind the Rangers and with one game in hand.
The Rangers have 67 points.
Montreal defeated Tampa 5 to 3 which kept Montreal in 7th place and Tampa in 11th. Montreal has 72 points but the Rangers have two games in hand on them. Tampa is two points behind the Rangers with one game in hand.
Tonight, the Rangers play the Devils in New Jersey
