Update:8:15: Larry Brooks says that Dubinsky will be out up to six weeks because of his injury.
Original Post: Steve Zipay, of Newsday, is reporting that Rangers center Brandon Dubinsky will miss the next three weeks due to a broken hand.
….Bad news, but I could it could have been worse.
While still around the same timetable, Jess Rubenstein of the Prospect Park is saying that Dubinsky is more likely to miss 4 to 6 weeks due to his injury.
…My guess is that its a combination. He starts to skate and practice in about three to four weeks and gets back into games about a week later.

hey adam what do you think the rangers do now ?? any chance they make a move or do they just move prospal to center permanently and bring up grachev …i think if they do bring him up what do you think about a prospal gaborik grachev/lisin first line ??? i do like what higgins has done there but i think if you bring grachev up you put him in positions where we can use his skill and he could be the perfect compliment for that line IMO ….if not what players do you think are attainable in a trade ??
i mean they lost not just 1 center but 2 so maybe they have to make a move …forsberg could be a nice solution if the guy could stay healthy but we all know that isnt giong to be possible …unless he could stay healthy till atleast dubinsky came back or maybe Sundin ???? i mean hes def got to be an option
You should change the headline to something like “Dubinsky out for at least three weeks,” as it misled me to believe Dubinsky would be out for only three weeks.
