Dubi had to be a Ranger. It is his destiny! I too would like to see Torts take a gamble with the lines to start. 1- Avery – Dubi – Gaborik; 2- Higgins – Drury – Kotalik; 3 – Prospal – Anisimov – Callahan; 4 – Brashear – Boyle – Lisin. On defense I like what I see up above Staal- Gilroy; Del Zotto- Girardi; Redden- Rozsival. If Dolan has any balls he’ll eat the salaries of Redden and Rozsival. Then we can have Sanguinetti and either Potter or Semenov. Best players should make the team. That leaves Redden and Rozsival unemployed they were clearly the worst defensemen in camp. If Gaborik stays healthy it can be a very interesting year.

i would like to see torts go on a limb with the lines.

Prospal – Artem – Gaborik
Higgins – Drury – Kotalik
Avery – Dubi – Cally
Brashear – Boyle – Lisin
Voros as the extra since he has played very well last two days (Grachev in Hartford and 1st up if a scorer goes down)

Staal – Gilroy (staal D balances the aggressiveness of gilroy)
MDZ – Girardi (similar to the staal gilroy pair)
Redden – Rozi (i would use them as the 3rd pair and as little as possible. they have been awful in the 2 games, especially rozi.)
Potter or more likely Semenov as the 7th

Vally (think noventa-seis has outplayed vally, but vally has been very professional the last couple years so he will get the nod)
