Former Ranger Nik Antropov has signed a four year deal worth $16 million with the Atlanta Thrashers.

Antropov had 13 points in 18 games after being acquired by the Rangers at the trading deadline. He had spent the previous nine seasons with the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Reports were that Antropov’s Agent asked Glen Sather for a five year deal worth $5.5 million per season.

Well he didn’t get the money he suppoesdly asked Slats for but hes does get to play with Ilya Kovalchuck now.
