According to the FAN 590 in Toronto, the Rangers have claimed forward Mark Bell off of waivers from the Toronto Maple Leafs.

Bell was the 8th overall pick in the 1998 NHL draft.

His best season was 2005-2006, when he played 82 games, notching 25 goals and 23 assists.
